I have this irrational anxiety about phones… no matter who I’m talking to, I almost always feel nervous and afraid that I’m not communicating well. I do much better in writing or in person.

Running keeps me sane… I try to run almost every morning, and it’s the best part of my day. But I have to run outside – none of that treadmill stuff for me.
I don’t know how to eat like a “normal” person… I know what normal is supposed to look like, but I’ve been in the strange, sickening limbo between anorexia and bulimia for the past decade or so. I just want to be healthy, really, and not obsessed. But it’s all I know.
