I have decided that I am drinking too much. I am in a state of transition and I want part of the transition to be the removal of some bad habits. I don’t think that i want to totally eliminate alcohol altogether. But I am going to engage in a personal refelction program for 40 days and my intention during this time is to regain some of my health. One of the things that I has challenged my health is my drinking. Thus, that goes for these next 40 days. Afterwards, I shall reevaluate things.
