I'm doing 9 things
After many years of being a slave of the system, I am finally debt free. I sold my house and paid off all debts with the proceeds. It feels great to not have to worry about how to pay my bills. Now there is more money to do the things I want to do. But, a little advise though. After you pay off your debts, do not go out and buy that car you always wanted. Afterall, the more money you make, the more money you will tend to spend.

Selling my house was the biggest stress I have ever felt. I took 6 months, even after thousands of dollars in upgrades. I was at the mercy of the market. I had to pay for two households while I was trying to sell it. I almost lost everything but in the end, I came out $30,000 dollars in profit. I am now debt free. Thank God!
