These socks were finished on February 20th, using the Chevron Sock pattern from Elann.com and Lion Brand Magic Stripes sock yarn. These came out a touch big, I think. Time will tell whether these fuzz up as much as my other Magic Stripes socks.

Lace Rib Socks, knit in October using PLYMOUTH SOCKOTTA, a cotton-wool blend sock yarn. It feels a bit rough, but fits nicely and has a good amount of stretch.
Update: Finished hat
Oops, forgot to update this…
I knitted the hat. The hat is good! It’s big, but seems to fit okay. The earflaps were much easier than I’d anticipated; I don’t know why I was so afraid to try them before.
After I finished my husband’s earflap hat, I went on to make the Kittyville kitty-eared earflap hat for a friend. Picking up stitches for the ears and the earflaps was a bit of a pain, but worth it.
