I have wanted to do this (actually, aligned with a sub 30 min 5k) for several years now and not been close – I have run 5k – 1/2 marathon all well off a 10 min mile pace (ranges from best at 10:33 to 13:00). The 10:33 was recently and giving me some hope.
I NEED to become a faster runner for tri’s. I consistently give up places after good swim and bikes. I just have no idea how to do this. I run in a very hilly area and it’s silly to think I will be running uphill at 10 min/miles. Yeah, in my dreams.
Oh well, I will find a way.

How I did it
How I did it: 1. ordered day old female chicks2. raised them up to 6 weeks with heat lamp, food, water and shavings in a brooder3. built coop and run4. moved them outside once they had enough feathers5. kept feeding them6. at 21 weeks, our very first eggs!ours stay in a run all day; if we're home we let them outside the run for a little while before it gets dark, and they go back into the coop on their own. Seen twice!
I got to see I&W both at Austin City Limits and at a small venue. Both shows were great. It’d be hard to recap, so all I’ll say is if you want a taste, check out the played last night site where he has old shows available for download.
