How I did it: I did a google search for "what color is your aura." I chose the first three websites, which was the most popular results for my question. How I did it: I began spending more time with my dad right after I started my list. I calendared a daily phone call with him, just like I would any other important appointment. I would receive a reminder about 5 minutes before I needed to call him, and it was my signal to wrap up what I was doing. It didn't have to last long.
