& the latest book I’m reading has opened my mind & body to how my thoughts are creating the life I have. I practiced yoga for only 15 minutes today because I was trying to get tons of stuff done. But even in that 15 mins I noticed how much calmer my mind became and how my body quickly relaxed.
I’m convinced that a steady practice can only lead to good things.

this is a beautiful thing. I do have to spent part of my afternoon in traffic court on one day. Other than that I’m a free agent & planning on getting tons done plus should have some time to relax. Yay!
I can no longer get on 43things.com at work. Yeah I know why am I complaining I mean after all it’s company time but seriously there are hours at my job with nothing to do.
This site was helping me to chill out. Now it’s gone from my day so now I’m fuming. I keep telling myself this kind of stuff is a sign from the heavens to burn myself clean & start everything from scratch including my profession!!
Errrggggg now I feel the ring of fire round my ankles.
And it’s been opening my imagination doors & getting those creative juices flowing. It’s been a find of art therapy & it gets me to use the left brain more.
Since my piano is tune dead I’ve needed something for artistic inspiration & right now it’s doing the trick. I’m gonna post some of my entry’s soon.

I went shopping on 2/1/09 and was feeling a little guility about spending money since I’m trying to save. On my way from one store to the next I found $20. Felt a little guility but if I didn’t pick it up someone else would have. Just trying this out as an experiment.
P.S. Does the money that I found in the coffee machine that ppl left count? I found $2.50.
I have a pic of a green tree frog taped to the back wall of my desk @ work. he’s got a big bulging orange eye. Neon green skin that pops. Blue and purple undertones on his legs. And an off white belly. He’s hanging off a plant stem of somekind. he just looks cute & makes me smile. :)

I’m going to pick one thing from each category and work on it every week until I meet the goal.
Physical: My personal files, papers, and receipts are neatly filed away.
This should be easy enough.
Well-Being: I have just the right amount of sleep.
I’ve been trying to get up when my alarm goes off. So this will help me complete one goal & add a point to the checklist.
Money: All my tax returns have been filed and all my taxes have been paid.
Another 43T goal. Can have this completed by this week.
Relationships: I am complete with past loves or spouses.
I want to let go of all of my negative feelings about my exes
