I proposed to Jason (last year, actually), and now we’ve set a date! It’ll probably be in Seattle, which will hopefully make the green thing a little easier. Local catering, reception and ceremony in the same place for less transportation, low waste, conscientious registry…any one have any tips?

So, I was a true vegetarian for about 9 years. Then I was a pescatarian. Then I ate meat for a few months. Then I became a pescatarian again for a few months. Now I’m eating meat again, and I’m pretty much okay with that. However, my real goal is to eat only free-range, local meat, and that hasn’t really been happening. So I’m changing this goal a little and leaving it up as a reminder. Stop taking bites of Jason’s hamburgers (unless it’s freerange). Don’t eat so much chicken. Get the updated good fish list from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. And so on. :)
