When i was a little bit younger, i thought smoking was cool and fun, I started smoking when i was 16 and now I am 26, and im struggling to quit. Daym, i hate CIGS. this is one of the things i hate doing but i keep on doing it, how stupid. i tried nicotine patches and spent a fortune on. i used all the methods available in the market but i keep on spending to “no-good” placebo products. i smoke 1 pack a day since i was 17. i know i lack motivation… i easily give-in to my cravings… the worst part is, i dont feel good about myself anymore.
Today is my first day (again) to attemp an ambitious goal which is to quit from smoking.
I am crossing my fingers at this moment, hoping i wont smoke 1 cig today and hopefuly for the rest of my life.
