How I did it
How I did it: the more I obsessed the more weight I gained, I focused my energy on things, people, and experiences. I watched portion control, learned about what food does. I loaded up on protein and fiber and worked out 5 times a week. It was super hard because I would get really down and frusterated with the weight not moving.
