How I did it: I started running on the streets but it was too hard on my knees so, I got myself a gym membership. From there I started going to the gym daily. Did at least 30 minutes of cardio and generally burned 300 cal on an average day. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I sat down and wrote out how much I make and how many bills I had to pay that were not my credit card.I then found out how much total out of my paycheck went to bills, how much I needed for necessities, and I wrote this on a month to month basis and paid the rest to my credit card.Every month I would do this (for every week of the month) and I continued until I had a zero balance.
