i jumped off a plane, very calm, very cool… i was a little cold because of the altitude… i thought it was just me. I felt life needed a shift, and jumping off a plane and seeing the earth from above was very good therapy. :) I recommend doing it at a low point in your life. just remember to pull the parachute!!!

How I did it: i pretty much felt guilty, and chain smoked until i got really sick. Like not cough sick... like I'm killing myself sick.I did this every night for a few months... and I could hardly function anymore. But it was the only way for me.
