I’m turning 25 this year and I am still unable to operate an automobile. I’m hoping to get my license before my birthday which is in 5 months. In Texas if you’re between 18-24 you have to pay $75 to take this 6 hour course before you can take the driving test for your license. I took the class last year and got my certificate but I haven’t taken the driving test yet. So I feel like if I don’t get my license while I’m still 24 then I wasted that $75 because the certificate is not required for people over 24. Driving a car seems so strange… I don’t quite like the idea of cruising down asphalt in a metal can, at least not when I’m the driver. Time to face my fears!
