I’ve been vegan for a really long time. And contrary to what people think, it’s the easiest thing ever. My only problem is that I like to feast on some (vegan) junk food every now and then. And it always makes me feel so guilty! French fries, pop corn, hot dogs, pizza, cake, muffins, ice cream… the list goes on. So I’ve set as my goal to eat veganly well, not just vegan.

I need to get my act together when it comes to my health and fitness. I am very thin (173cm tall, 49 kilos, 16.3 BMI), have good cholesterol and stuff, but it’s not enough in the long run. Exercising is good to prevent cancer, lower insulin and estrogen levels, clear the body of toxins, all those really important things. Plus, it just makes you feel better. So I will, this month, get a gym membership and start working out at least twice a week. I don’t like jogging outdoors (street, cars, random people, exhaust fumes, etc), so a gym sounds like a much better idea.
