I was prescribed Adderall about a year ago for ADD and as much as I love it for motivation, it makes me feel like a speed freak sometimes. I also take Klonopin to deal with the insomnia along with an antidepressant. Even though its all prescription, it can’t be healthy. My tolerance for adderall and klonopin seems to be steadily increasing. I need both just to feel like what used to be “normal” before I entered my black abyss and needed something to help me climb out.

How I did it: I had to go take the test 6X. I know, crazy right! The first couple times I was actually unprepared, but after that I was just really nervous because the DMV testers where I live are SO unfriendly. I went to a different DMV where the tester was nicer and had no problem passing. Needless to say, its very important to get your nerves under control before you take the test. Drink some chamomile tea or pop a xanax if you have to (I am in no w… Read how I did it…
I went to a bunch of interviews last year, and was even led to believe that I had a job. I guess the manager changed his mind because they really didn’t need more people. I got sort of discouraged and have been busy with school, but I really need a job. I had one for a long time and it was so liberating not having to ask my parents for money! I’m already 19 not being able to support myself is not cool.
I was looking back on my post from 13 months ago and my life isn’t much different, but I think my outlook is a lot better. By next fall I plan on transferring to an actual university amongst other things, so I think its doable. I really want a total transformation, but don’t want to be too hasty about it. That would defeat the purpose of learning as you go.
