There’s some things that I’ve done that I’m really not proud of, but I have learned from my mistakes. I just wish I could practice what I’ve learned. More than anything, though, I just want to be free. I’ve always put too much stock in people’s opinions and its held me back my whole life.

I want "it" gone!

I should really pursue this goal since I have all the symptoms. It is hard because I would rather eat nothing than stop eating sugar, dairy, and wheat. I am also pretty much addicted to coffee, which is not allowed on the candida diet. I am not fond of meat and can’t eat vegetables because they ALWAYS give me gas and bloating. I should really just fast for like a week. It would be worth it.
