How I did it: I tried to do it the way my doctor showed me how. In my first time it took me ages to get it in and when I got it in, I couldn't take it off. I didn't start wearing them outside until I got used to them completely, i.e, I wore them when I was at home. But eventually I got used to it and started wearing them much easier and quicker. How I did it: Losing weight was a quick, on-the-spot decision for me. When I started, I never thought I would lose such a big amount of weight. It only took a shrug and "let's do it". I have to do it for my health and energy. I have to get up at 6:45 every day so the ideal bedtime for me is 10:30 PM. Not 10 PM because it’s too early, not 11 PM because it’s too late. I’ll be preparing my stuff half an hour earlier to guarantee that I’m in the bed at 10:30 latest. Let’s see if I can keep up with that!
I’ve just noticed that having an A (-) blood type isn’t a very lucky thing. If I had an accident now, it might be hard to find me blood. I would love it if someone was so kind as to give me their own blood, so I’m going to do the same thing. I know someone will always thank me for this action. And I’ll rest happy knowing that I helped someone! :)
