Machar is a Jewish leadership program I founded that empowers young adult Jews in their 20s and 30s post college and pre-kids to build community for their peers. Machar gives them the Jewish literacy, leadership skills, networks, mentoring, and seed money to enable them to envision and create an event or program to engage their peers in Jewish life.
