I got unlucky. The first time I tried, SSA failed to send it to me, maybe because of clerical error or mail theft. So I eventually asked again, and this time it came in a week. Easy.



Do sit-ups everyday

Don’t bother with boring, high-rep exercise. Unless perhaps you’re training for a test, it’s worthless. If you want strong abs (a worthy goal), do exercises with high tension, like evil wheels, dragon flags, or Janda crunches. If you want a six-pack, or good abdominal tone, ditto.

If you think doing ab workouts will take away your belly fat, look up spot reduction and find out why it won’t work.
