Normally, I’m laid back. But ever since my parents and I had a nasty confrontation not to long ago, I’ll end up crying or yelling over nothing. For example, I was currently talking to my fiance and I found out I that I might not see him this week. Normally, he makes time for me, but i ended up balling. I know it’s rediculous and that’s when I knew I needed help.
