drink less soda

Starting to not drink any soda was easy, but keeping it up was the hard part.

I just started off by only drinking soda when I ate fast food or at a resturant, and not keeping any soda in the house. Then on occasion I would order an iced tea or lemonade. So, now I only drink maybe one soda a week.
