After quitting smoking and having 2 kids in 2 years I find myself very overweight. I am not one of those people that care how others look or who care about my own looks too much but now it has become me.
I need to be healthy for my children and I want to feel good about myself. This is one change I can make in my life to make the lives of others better as well as my own.
I believe that if I loose weight I will:
Be more active
Be outside more
Spend more time at the playground
Do things with my kids like ride bikes, ski, rollerblade etc.
Overall I will stop feeling so gross when I look in the mirror.
So I begin my journey… today I start with sit-ups and leg-ups. I do have a broken knee so some things I won’t be able to do but it doesn’t mean I can’t do SOMEthing.
