How I did it
How I did it: I've done yoga classes and yoga at home. I'd recommend using a DVD at home for a few reasons.- need less time, I started with 30 minutes every other day, compared to about 100 minutes if you go to 1h yoga class + 20 minutes back and forth- less reasons not to do it, if you go to classes after work, there's always the chance that you can go for drinks and skip yoga- easier to fit in your schedule, do it whenever you want rather than w… Read how I did it…
