How I did it: I got a psychologist who I saw weekly about the things I was worried about and I planned each week what I would talk to him about.I also went to Twelve Step Recovery groups and planned each week what I would talk about there.I also started writing about the things that were making me depressed, although (while everyone recommended writing with a paper and pen) I found it much easier to type out my writing rather than using paper.I also ta… Read how I did it…
How I did it: This one was hard. He just gets so excited about it and he wants me to look at it. I don’t have the heart to say, “Honey, I don’t look at that stuff anymore. Find somebody else to share it with.” He loves me so much, he wants to share it with me.
I have only watched three shows in the past two months and that was only to make my husband happy. I feel it’s important to keep my husband’s needs in mind, too.
