How I did it

How I did it: When we got really serious about trying we had sex on a a schedule. Only one time every 48 hours. We maintained this rigidly because my periods are really irregular and there way no way of knowing when I was ovulating. After we had sex I would immediately prop my hips up and maintain this for 1 hour. It took some work but it wasn't really as hard as it sounds.
