I can’t believe i have made it this far. My son was born at 36 weeks so I was sure this one would be early too. Everything looks really good this time around, as a matter of fact the midwife today said that I can actually even request being induced from this point on. Imagine that! And ironically, I am even considering it, which is something I never dreamed I would consider. There is something to be said about knowing exactly when baby is coming and being certain of getting to the hospital on time. But then again, there is also something to be said of the wonder of going into labor spontaneously. Well, baby can come any time now so maybe it won’t be my decision to make.

How I did it: I decided by valerena to stop waiting around the the white iPhone 4 that is just never, ever going to come, and got the black one for Christmas. I know everyone loves their iPhones, but I really, really love my iPhone. I give it hugs all the time. I love the camera apps that are available, love being able to edit video on iMovie straight on my phone, love being able to video skype on it, love that I… Read how I did it…
How I did it: ...wonderfully, wonderfully bonding. Every night after his bath, I would give my son a gentle massage. Not very long at all, five minutes tops as he would start to get fussy after longer than that. I took him to a baby massage workshop when he was one month old, but he cried through the whole thing and I had to hold him and watch the others. Still, I learned a few techniques and I also bought two books to help me. There is a beautiful pho… Read how I did it…
How I did it: It was 1996, and my boyfriend at the time and I decided that it would be nice to have a dog, a small-ish one as we lived in an apartment. I had never had a dog when I was a kid, but I always loved them and always wanted one. I used to offer to walk other people's dogs just because I enjoyed it so much. Well, a few weeks after we made that decision, we were driving along the highway near Santa Cruz, and we saw a small dog running aro… Read how I did it…

And it looks like it’s a girl this time. Only ten weeks to go, probably less as my son was born a month early. I can’t wait to meet this baby.
At the end of last week I got a positive on my pregnancy test. Trying not to get too excited as I know that things can happen, but I’m very happy to be pregnant. Currently experiencing nasty morning sickness which is a kick in the butt since last time I didn’t have a drop of nausea. I guess it was saving itself for round two. The only thing I’ve been remotely able to stomach is French fries and gummy cola bottles. Definitely not the healthiest of diets to grow a baby. Fingers crossed all goes well with this pregnancy.
