How I did it: Getting into Oxford, as it turns out, was the easiest part. For two years I studied, discussed, argued, wrote essays, sat exams, and did fieldwork for my thesis. A monster thesis of 30,000 words which took all of my energy to write, but it's there - and I even got an NGO report (presented in Parliament!) out of it... Read how I did it…
How I did it: I met my boyfriends over two years ago, and we decided within six months that we were going to move in together - we lived in university accommodation first, and now we have been living in privately rented accommodation for a couple of months. It's been so much fun, even though it took a while! Read how I did it…
after my one year long pause as a brunette, i’m back to blonde… and i’m loving it (and so do annoying men on the street, apparently).
Got into Oxford for an MPhil in Development Studies, which makes me so excited. I cannot wait to be there in September, even though I’ll have to work VERY hard for two years… But it’s my passion, and a fantastic uni, it’s going to be great!
