How I did it: I went to a hairdresser that i trusted and chose a natural brown. Make sure each time you get it redyed you get it done professionally as the finish is so much nicer. i used to run a lot, but as the weather got colder and i lost motivation i stopped. I decided to start again and started 3 days ago… it was cold at first but then i warmed up and it began to rain/sprinkle… it was so beautiful.. i was looking out over the paddocks and for once in a few months i was really happy with myself :) i forgot how much i loved it!
