to cultivate… i’m up in my forties and i know that i’ve saved myself money and painful time in the dentist’s chair because i’m fanatical about oral hygiene
have a pretty dedicated yoga practice.. primarily astanga, (primary series) but informed by lots of hours in a Bikram studio and time spent with a viniyoga instructor..
i’ve not actually done so much as a sun salutation in months… how to start?... i can’t get past the idea that unless I have 90 minutes to do a full primary series, i shouldn’t do anything at all…
