How I did it: In January 2010, I was almost 200 pounds. I began dating a bodybuilder who was having a contest in September. Also, my class reunion was the same year. I decided to get myself in shape by changing my diet, training five days a week with weights and do cardio daily. By September 2010, I was 139 lbs. I taught at a college years ago, but I couldn’t focus. I had a lot of family and work responsibilities at the time. Now I’m ready to teach at a college again.
