I learned last year, but haven’t really been playing much until the last few months. I love it. It is an extremely enjoyable past time, and it’s one of those “why not?” things you can do. Some people are going to like it more than others, but if you dislike it, who cares?
I taught myself using the internet, although having a friend help you might be better. Once you learn the basics of the game (how each piece moves, how to set it up, etc), the rest of the rules come easy.

Okay, I don’t know if at this point I’ll ever reach this goal. I just ran my first normal mile for several months (i’ve been running 1.5) and got the amazing, astounding…9:34. I was pretty confused, since I didn’t think I was running all that slow. Ew.

I was trying it out yesterday, with a couple of small stuffed animals. For some reason, we did not have anything spherical shaped or easy to juggle with inside the house, so I have to go buy some the next time I go to the store. Not even oranges. Bah.
I kind of…failed…miserably. When I started doing it with two, I kept handing the plushie to my other hand instead of throwing it. Maybe I’ll try again later.
