I had to really think about deciding if I thought this was worth doing or not. It was fun when we almost sideswiped the other boat and it was great sailing the waters of St. Maarteen on a beautiful day. BUT, I hated the fact that everybody had a job and we had to “work” on the boat.

How I did it: We tasted wine at the Oktoberfest in Hermann, MO and I had an awesome time. Sitting outside on a sunny October day with new people while I tried wine and overlooked the vinyard was awesome. It really made me want to go to Napa. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a cruise that spent 3 days in Bermuda. Although, the sand wasn't pink like I was expecting--to be able to know that there is pink sand in Barbados is great. lol. I loved the all of the Bermuda beaches though, very friendly people and sea glass! Read how I did it…
How I did it: After a falling out with a friend, I decided enough was enough that I had to meet more like minded people so I joined a meet up. I've met so many cool new people through this group, some of whom even live right down the street from me that I would've never known otherwise. Read how I did it…

Zip lining in Hawaii was amazing and challenging for me. But, challenging in a good way. One that everybody should experience. It was a bonding experience with the people we were with. It was an eye opening experience from the high you get from sailing through the beauty of nature. It was an exercise in trust, and it was just FUN.
Finally made it to San Antonio the summer after KU won the National Championship there. It just already had a good vibe because of that, but I loved it. The riverwalk was a great area and I experienced many new and fun things there!
