smoke less
slight change 3 years ago

it’s gone from “smoke less” to “not smoke at all”. i found that it’s way easier to say “well, i could have a cigarette if i wanted, but do i actually want one?” than denying myself altogether. It’s worked, as i haven’t had a cigarette in a week, though i haven’t really been keeping track. no lung cancer for me!
