I’ve been thinking about this for a month, trying to prepare for it, and I think I’m not quite ready, as I wanted to get on it today. So, I’m going to need a few more days, and re-strategize on how I’m going to convince myself to finally execute this goal. My heart is nearly there, and my mind is pretty much made up.

I will attempt to achieve this goal through pilates mat work at home, and sun-salutes in the mornings.
My first and foremost sub-goal for this, is to get in the habit of doing it daily for a week. (No excuses).
If I don’t have a slight sign improvement in a month on my own, I’ll have to find myself an affordable studio.
Okay, so, I’ve kicked off alcohol for a month (check), cut down on coffee (been having a cup a week to wean off), eating predominantly at home this month (went out just 3X), and now I’m ready to incorporate an exercise regimen. I’ve been walking mostly, but I need to step it up, and make it more of rigorous and varied. For starters, I picked up Siler’s “Pilates Book”, which I’ve perused. I think I should start getting up earlier daily to do my mat work, and continue my walks in the afternoon. As I increase my energy, I’ll begin jogging again. So, for starters, it’s Pilates + sun salutes in the mornings and walking in the afternoon.
My Target Goal: Get Healthy : by product (hopefully) lose weight and get in shape.
