I was on the treadmill for 15 minutes today, plus I ate healthy, and I felt fantastic. I’m simply doing this to strengthen my immune system and overall be a healthier person. I’m actually a bit underweight, so I should eat more carbs now that I’m more active. I hope to keep this habit up! _

I don’t need to lose weight or anything like that, but I do want to be healthier. It will be better for my skin, my desire to look 20 forever (I’m 20 right now by the way), and my immune system can stop being so lousy. I’ve been eating healthy for 2 days now. Hopefully I can keep it up. =]
