I am determined to lose thirty pounds before summer. I Dropped from a size 16 to a ten about four years ago and it was the most liberating thing i have ever done. Because i went from being miserable to very happy when i met my boyfriend at the time it was the easist thing ever. The weight dropped off without me even noticing. Now four years later i have gradually gone back up to a size fourteen. I am happy and settled and this and laziness is the reason i have let myself get back to this point. I still have all my gorgeous skinny clothes and i am determined to get back in them this summer. I have the time to exercise and i dont need to eat the rubbish that i do so thats it really. I will eat normally but not excessivly, i will cut out as much rubbish as possible, and i will exercise at least three times a week.
So here goes. Wish me luck! At the moment i weigh 168 pounds (So im overweight for my height) and my first goal is 140
