I think I may have actually hurt my tmj and upper back by constantly doing this over the past few weeks. The only thing I can think to do now is wear a night guard during the daytime. Even though it’ll make me sound like I have a lisp, I think a physical deterrant is the only thing that’s going to keep me from hurting myself and looking like an ass in public.

I’ll be celebrating my second 29th birthday in just over 6 months and I’m starting to notice subtle changes in my skin tone and texture. I don’t have any kids yet, but I wanna be the hot momma!
I freely admit that I’ve been what most people (particularly dermatologists) would consider “neglectful.”....I don’t moisturize anything regularly except my arms and face. I know….I’ve been a bad girl.
So, from this point forward, I’m going to take better care of my skin. After all, it is technically our largest organ. I haven’t been getting carded as often when I order booze anymore, so I must slow down this age machine. I understand that aging is inevitable and I’m not one of those girls who’s ready for the Botox needle at 30. I just firmly believe there are natural ways to help maintain my vessel and what goes on my body is just as important as what goes in it.
Cheers!
I hate dirt, but I’m not so irritated by clutter. However, thanks in part to Oprah, I’ve recently been awakened to the fact that disorganization is quite overwhelming psychologically. Maybe if I get the house straightened up, I’ll be able to straighten up my head too. Not to mention I won’t have that last minute panic attack whenever I’m expecting guests. :)
