I added this goal two months ago, and I have not been walking every day. But it’s too much of a good thing to give up on, and now it’s springtime, and all the snow is melting away, so there will be more different walks to take.

The last two mornings I have done the morning pages, and I like how it kind of gives focus to the day. The first morning was a little bit difficult, but the second I looked forward to. I lay out the notebook where I like to sit and write before I go to bed, so it’s easy to just get up and start writing in the morning.
Skipped one day yesterday. But I’m not giving up. I will consider this goal met when I have been walking for at least 20 minutes 45 days. It’s not huge, and after a month and a half it will probably have become habit.
