Yoga yoga and more yoga... 4 years ago

I believe there is nothing that can beat Yoga as a complete approach to mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I have learnt yoga but somehow never get around to practising it. I want to practise yoga and pranayama daily, even on a sunday!!! I want yoga to be part of my daily life, period!
