I found a message board that explained the html to have windows media player in your blog post but I couldn’t figure out how to link the video to the player.

I joined Toastmasters to build self-confidence and (obviously) to improve my speaking skills. Well, to deliver a speech you have to write a speech so TM also gives me an opportunity to write more. It also opens up more subjects to research. I really like each of my speeches to be on a different subject whether it is something personal about myself or just a subject I find interesting.

Soooo, if I start writing more speeches it will give me more opportunities to speak and in turn…find some personal growth.
