For the most part, at least. Had some champagne at New Year’s and a glass or two of wine around Xmas but that’s been it for the last few months. I did have one nightcap: some Southern Comfort. Gad, why did I bother? It tasted like cough syrup.

The buyer pulled out. Our realtor thinks he just couldn’t afford the house but was too stubborn to admit it.
So, it will go back on the market in a few weeks and we’ll start all over again.

Time to cross this off as being done!! We closed last month and the fix-up is almost done. The new paint and carpeting is done; a few new appliances, new phone system and alarm… next comes window treatments. But it’s ours, and we love it. Yippee!
