Literally! Simply ask your friends to send you their spare paypal money, or post on forums that have some sort of points system and request that people send you money via paypal in exchange for X amount of points, and low and behold, you’ll find that people will actually send you money for them! I’ve been able to get people to send me money to my paypal account in exchange for points on some website forums (that are transferrable through the site)!
You can “rasterbate” any image! A GREAT site which I use (and get my friends to use) to rasterbate images is http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/
