When I get overwhelmed (regularly), I tend to put myself on the backburner. I know that lifestyle changes don’t come overnight, but I really do feel mentally and physically better when I’m eating well and getting exercise. I also need to catch up on doctor’s appointments and get better about taking my medicine regularly. It’s hard to find balance but I think tweaking my habits one by one will get me to a place where I’m happy and healthy :)

I’m not sure that I’m looking to bring specific things to me, but I do believe having a positive attitude (I’m a glass half empty kind of girl) and being aware makes you more apt to find ways to complete your goals and be happy. My mini goal for this week is to not let little things affect my mood.

This is what I will use as a filler for some less “lady-like” vocabulary I’m currently using. Mom wasn’t so proud of my mouth over the holidays :(
