I may not have done this LATELY, but over the past few months I have definitely been reading more. I’ve probably polished off 10 books or so since July, which is A LOT seeing as I couldn’t remember the last time I read a book before that! I have a few sitting at home I should get to, and I think with the holidays coming up and my internship over, I should be able to stay on top of those too. I think for now I’m considering this done :)

How I did it: I initially was overwhelmed with the search for an internship. It is required for my major, but other than a few things listed on our schools career website, it was basically me floundering to find something I liked. It really helped to talk to other students about where they had done their internships. I also looked on the internship for any and everywhere that had something related to my field around town and either mailed or… Read how I did it…
I’m definitely not as bad as before. I can get by day to day, but I still feel like I’m not generally very happy or have very much motivation. So I’ve decided to go back on meds. It’s not a huge dose, and I just feel like I was generally a happier person in a better place when I was on them. It was definitely a mistake stopping them too soon. I’m hoping that at some point I’ll be able to go off them, but for now I think this is the best thing to get my life headed in the direction I want.
I’ve really been slacking lately and it shows. I think my acne is worse now than it was in high school! I ordered proactiv, which worked for me back when, so I’m hoping it will work its “wonders” this time around. I also got Biotin supplements which are supposed to improve your skin, nails, and hair, so hopefully taking those and getting in a regular skin care routine will get things in the right direction again!
