What a lovely way to think about it! If I follow the FlyLady tips, I am making myself a comfy, functional nest, rather than beating myself up about my bad habits. So I really am showing great respect for myself—not to mention others who may share/see my abode.

I kind of like wrapping up and getting to the answer, although this is some nitpicky work I have to do today. Oh well, almost done. Three pomodoros down already. Grateful for not having to use too much of my brain :).

one week to catch up

It has been pointed out that I have been lax about labeling (I do it very nicely with typing or not at all when I’m not sure the experiment is good enough for anyone else to see.) I can keep mental notes about the habits I want to set up to make the notebook both useful to me and others. Electronic may be the way to go, although it takes more setting up and would be better with a computer in lab.
