Lost Weight 21 months ago

Well we changed our total eating habits. We’ve begun eating a large lunch, light breakfast and dinner. We’ve cut out most of the fat in our foods and no longer purchased processed foods.

I’ve lost about 5-10lbs so far and I feel great. We’ll keep going.

Diet Change 21 months ago

After much thought and discussion, I will be changing my families eating habits drastically.

Myself, I will be drinking ensure (to aid in vitamins, etc since I usually lack them) and will be introducing a high vegetable, fruit and protein diet while limiting our intake to low/no fat and low carbs.

I’m currently gathering recipes and talking to others that are no/low fate diets for medical reasons to aid in this switch. Wish me luck.
