instead of rolling out of bed and staggering headlong into the day I will awaken to clear surfaces, a place for everything and everything in its place, put on my pyjamas, greet my child, take her down to the kitchen where again there is a place for everything and everything in its place and variety in the food dept. Light a candle, say a morning verse, eat together, play and wash up, exercise, shower and dress. Go out, straight out, don’t hang around.
So actually, it’s not so much a morning routine of chores as putting everything back in its proper place as soon as its done with and laying the path smooth the night before.
