So I took the GRE in the fall, scored pretty well—especially in the writing part. And then I sent out five applications in early 2012. In all, I invested $1000 in the process.
But there was only one school I wanted to end up at (once I found them): The University of Houston.
Of the five applications, I got four rejections. But UH accepted—with a nice package. And I can’t be happier. I leave for this adventure in a few days.
So I think I’ve finally found the PhD program for me—and I’m going through the steps to get accepted. YEAH.
I’m about to finish spring break—only 7 weeks left! I can’t believe this year has gone by so fast. I’ve got so many amazing memories.
