It’s been two months since I started my cardio kick boxing class and I can honestly say that I am doing it regularly. I do 2-3 classes a week. After years of being a couch potato I am losing weight, developing muscles I didn’t know I had and most importantly, feeling fantastic!

I just finished my first crochet project. I have completed a baby blanket. I have been knitting for a while and decided it was time to learn to crochet. So, I bought a learn to crochet book and made countless, awful looking swatches. After a while, when the swatches finally started to look o.k., I launched into the blanket. And it turned out quite well! I love knitting, but I will definetly keep up with the crocheting too.
