i have an HTC Evo and downloading an app to keep up with how many glasses of water i’ve drank has helped SO much. I’m constantly on my phone and its on my main screen so if I see it is low. I make a habit to stop and buy some water. I try to always get 16 oz at a time.

How I did it: i enrolled in classes at dynamo swim academy. i didn't know i was actually scared of the water until my first class. i was on the slow end of things but each class i got more comfortable in the water. i have the fundamentals down. can't say i'm confident yet about being in anything deeper than 6ft. i think i am gonna enroll in an advanced beginners course to overcome that.
