I wasn’t addict anyway. Just said “no more alcohol after New Year!” and that was it. In the end of March I had a business trip in Austria and decided that Rust red wine will be the end of this :) Now I drink with much thought and measure, not hurrying up and with a lot of enjoying the company, not the drink!
40-30-30 on fists… and when I stopped working out a month ago I did 60 on a set :(
I haven’t drank since the beginning of this year. Just one beer and nothing since then! I have never been an alcoholic or anything like it, but just found it as a stupid custom, so I’m giving it up now :)
