i want to take up both hatha and meditative, breathing based yoga.
my grandmother takes classes on weeknights which i used to attend once a week and are designed as a good balanced routine consisting of excercises and pre/post class meditation. i would love to take that up again.
another one i want to try is bikram. my friend goes to these classes and says they’re really invigorating!

How I did it: the first time i smoked a joint at a friends party.the weed was so strong and i took so many hits i couldn't walk 5 metres on my own in the dark without feeling lost, and i was still feeling the repercutions 48 hours later. it was hugely beneficial to take with close friends who knew what they were doing, didn't judge my behaviour under influence and made the experience way more fun.the picture is one of my hazy inspirations. How I did it: I have quite light natural brown hair, so i didn't have to bleach it before applying bright colour.I've been to a salon for bright orange/red hair and also done it at home, colouring all over blue, then later applying green to most of it for an awesome sea coloured glow~Both ways have turned out gorgeous :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: i studied german as part of my secondary education, so this is how long it took me to learn proficiently.travelling to germany as a child then as a teenager several times ensured better comprehension, not just of how one or two languages translate, but the intricacies of how people communicate. i’m very interested in the volunteer program they offer at MCA in Sydney. school holidays are in two weeks also, which means they will be busy and probably need more hands on deck.
Think i shall apply :D
heheheh _D_;
for some reason this simple task, with such dire results if not seen to regularly, passes me by many a night/ morning.
i am going to challenge myself to see how long i can diligently keep up an oral hygeine routine, twice daily.
only if i get to a substantial amount of time will i then declare accomplishment of this goal :P
